If goods need to be returned for any reason, please ensure that you notify the RHA Hauliers Shop within 48 hours of receipt of goods on 01733 263434.

Items Damaged in Transit

If you receive goods that are damaged, please sign for as damaged goods with the carrier then notify the RHA Hauliers Shop immediately.

Please Note, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders that are not reported to the RHA Hauliers Shop within 48 hours will not be eligible for refund or further action
